There are 2 different ways to ensure that other people are copied in on ticket communication:

  1. Via email: If you included other users in your cc list when you create or update a ticket they will automatically be added to the cc list for all future ticket communication
  2. Via the support portal: In the portal near the top of the screen there 3 buttons, "Reply", "Mark ticket as closed" and "Add people" You can use the "Add people" button to update the list of people you want informed or kept in the loop.

Please note: It is possible for administrators to choose to selectively send responses when they reply and in some cases they may only respond to certain users, but all comments and replies are available via the portal.
